  • Please arrive at each meeting point in advance, as the bus departs on time. Participation and refunds will not be granted to late arrivals. Please consider before booking
  • If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
  • Attractions may be closed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, and force majeure. The tour guide will adjust the itinerary or arrange substitute attractions under these circumstances. Prior notice will not be provided. Please consider before booking
  • The vehicle type is subject to the number of travellers (7-, 14-, or 55- to 61-seater vehicle)
  • Complying with local laws, children under the age of 8 are required to use a car seat. If a business, high roof, or flat roof bus is used on the day of the tour, children under the age of 8 will be charged as adults. If a non-aforementioned bus type is arranged, free admission will be available for children under the age of 2 who do not occupy a seat
  • For other bus types, travellers may book the "2 Travellers per Room" package. Each room can accommodate up to 4 travellers
  • The vehicle type will be confirmed 3 days before the tour. If you are travelling with children under the age of 2, please contact us 3 days before departure to confirm the applicable package options

Reminders

  • Minimum of 2 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 3 day(s) prior to departure
  • Please arrive at designated location 15 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time
  • Each attraction may have different opening hours and capacity restrictions. Please consider before booking
  • Travellers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the tour. Please carry your ID documents at all times
  • Travellers aged under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
  • If a business, high roof, or flat roof bus is used, car seats are required for children under the age of 8. If you are travelling with children under the age of 8, please contact the local travel agency to confirm the vehicle type and car seat rental (US$10 per day). Failure to do so may be declined to join the tour
  • Each traveler may carry 1 piece of luggage under 28" and 20 kg, as well as 1 carry-on bag

  • All tickets shall be purchased by the tour guide. Travellers are not allowed to use tickets purchased on their own (e.g. City Pass)
  • The ticket prices are for reference only and subject to change due to seasonality. Please refer to the official website or on-site announcement for details on rates
  • In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) related delays that cause any inconvenience or lead to travellers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
  • Please keep your belongings safe and secure at all times. Travellers are responsible for any losses or damage to their personal belongings. If traveller belongings are lost or damaged due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered
  • If a bus is late, travellers will be compensated according to the delay time. Please note that zero portion of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly
  • In the event of adverse traffic, weather, and force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. The attraction tickets will be refunded (except the ones that are not covered in the package). Keep in mind that the package fee is non-refundable
