Terms & Conditions

  • Booking are non refundable
  • Visits to wildlife parks will be at client's own risk. Safari vehicles (none air-conditioned) available are very basic with basic insurance cover
  • Please note alcohol will not be served in public areas in hotels and restaurants during religious holidays
  • The validity of the passport must be six months from the date of departure
  • Please note that all clients will need to check the website and obtain a visa prior to arrival in Sri Lanka excluding citizens of Singapore and Maldives. The government has reported that all applications will be processed within 48 hours and payment can be made online by credit card. Details are available on the portal: www.eta.gov.lk
  • Visits to wildlife parks will be at the client's risk and expense
  • We reserve the right to change itineraries and activities due to weather conditions, technical problems or security reasons
  • In many hotels in Sri Lanka, the triple rooms are a double room with an additional bed or sofa bed. Their comfort conditions are lower than the international standards of the triple room
  • No refund for unused services. Splitting of the package is not allowed

• Visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, is a captive breeding and conservation institute for wild Asian elephants located at Pinnawala village, 13 km northeast of Kegalle town in Sabaragamuwa Province of Sri Lanka. Pinnawala has the largest herd of captive elephants in the world
